Registration for the 2009 Nationals

BELOW IS IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU NEED TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION AND MAKE PLANS FOR YOUR TRAVEL TO BERKELEY!

Register for The Nationals on the USTA TennisLink Home Page: Click on this link to be taken to the USTA TennisLink Home Page for The Nationals.  Please be sure to provide a telephone number and email address for yourself during the online registration process - if you do not, the tournament will have NO way of contacting you.  Once you have completed registration, please return to this page for other important information about the tournament.

Entry Supplement/Release Form:  Click to download a PDF version of the Entry Supplement/Release Form.  This Form provides the tournament with information that is not collected during the TennisLink registration process.  Print out and complete Form and return it by mail or fax as instructed on the Form.  You only need to send it by one method - there is no need to both fax and mail it.

Tournament Information:  Click to be taken to the Tournament Information Area of this Website.  Carefully read the Tournament Information as it provides you with answers to most questions asked about entry and selection procedures, and other general information about the tournament!

Wild Cards:  Up to eight Wild Cards may be granted for The Nationals.  Contact your Sectional Association for an application - the tournament does not have applications. Applications are due to the Director of Junior Competition no later than five days after the entry deadline.  This allows a player to wait to learn if she has been accepted into the tournament before she submits her Wild Card application.  Applications, however, may still be submitted on or before the entry deadline.

After the application deadline, the Wild Card Committee will meet to select Wild Cards, if any.  Wild Card recipients are notified by the Director of Junior Competition.  Wild Card recipients will need to make arrangements with the tournament to pay their entry fee.

Hotels, Airlines, and Car Rentals (optional): To take advantage of the hotel, airfare, and car rental arrangements made for participants in The Nationals, click the link to the left.

Private Housing (optional):  To request private housing for the tournament, click at left to go to the Private Housing Area of the Website.

Transportation Request (optional): To request transportation from the Oakland International Airport to Berkeley Tennis Club on Saturday, August 8th, please email José Katz - jekatz@ieee.org.  Click the link at the left to read a full description of the Transportation provided by the tournament.

College Coaches' Forum (optional):  Click at left to be taken to the area of the Website with information on our College Coaches' Forum.  All players who have completed their junior year of high school may participate in the Forum held Registration Day, August 8th.

Player Profile (optional): Click at left to complete a Player Profile on yourself.  Player Profiles are used primarily for tournament publicity and are not the Player Bios given to college coaches.
